Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

SecudealsIO respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Under the DMCA safe‑harbor provisions, service providers are shielded from liability if they remove infringing material upon receipt of a compliant takedown noticecopyright.gov. If you believe content on our platform infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@secudeals.io containing the following information:

  1. Your signature (physical or electronic)copyright.gov.

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a list of such works if multiple items are affectedcopyright.gov.

  3. Identification of the infringing material, including enough information (such as URLs) to allow us to locate itcopyright.gov.

  4. Your contact information (name, address, phone number and email)copyright.gov.

  5. A statement of good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the lawcopyright.gov.

  6. A statement that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner, under penalty of perjurycopyright.gov.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, SecudealsIO will remove or disable access to the infringing material and notify the uploadercopyright.gov. If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter‑notice including:

  • Your signature and contact information.

  • Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removalcopyright.gov.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentificationcopyright.gov.

  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court and agreeing to accept service from the party who filed the original noticecopyright.gov.

After receiving a compliant counter‑notice, we will restore the material within 10–14 days unless the original complainant informs us that it has filed a court actioncopyright.gov. Please note that knowingly sending false claims may result in liability for damages and attorney’s feescopyright.gov.
